All You Need is Love | A Lovely and Intimate Backyard Wedding

Although I am primarily a family and newborn photographer, I also photograph events occasionally. When this bride contacted me about her wedding a few months ago, I knew that the day would be a special one and I was excited and honored to be a part of it. On the day of the wedding, we started at the Garden City Gazebo to capture some family photos.

Next, we headed to their home at which they were hosting a backyard ceremony and wedding celebration. It was a small, beautiful and intimate celebration. The emphasis of the wedding was the love they had for each other and their children and it was quite moving. There was nothing, but love, positivity and good vibes at this wedding, which in the wake of recent times was quite refreshing.

The bride is not only a nurse and hero, but she is quite the crafter and she made the wooden floral bouquets. The floral designs were exquisite. She also designed the backyard to be a beautiful and rustic oasis for her ceremony. I love when brides are creative and design a wedding that reflects their personalities.
